From October to May we dedicate ourselves entirely to home-grown vegetables: Japanese radishes, red radishes, kohlrabi, turnips, carrots, radishes, lamb's lettuce, lettuce, spring onions, fennel and pak choi. During the season, more than 175 employees work in our vegetable production every day.

Of course, from June to August our juicy watermelons are a must!
